AJ's is a guest house, not a resort. Nine rooms, one kitchen, and staff who will know your name by the second morning.
We’re in Kololi, close enough to the Senegambia strip that you can walk to it, far enough back that you can hear the birds in the morning. The beach is a few minutes on foot.
Most of what we serve comes from the market at Serrekunda or off the boats at Tanji, bought that morning. If you want to learn to cook it, our kitchen will teach you.
